Patricia Searfoss
Co-owner and Guest Relations
As the customer service liaison and Bart’s personal assistant, Patty manages the scheduling for 11 of our vendors and helps maintain over 80 properties to ensure optimal and enjoyable stays for our customers. With a warm, friendly and trustworthy personality, she engages with close to 6,000 customers per year. She strives for excellence to deliver the best customer service. Patty is also the proud mother of four wonderful kids, and loves spending time with her family. She’s passionate about fitness and enjoys a good morning hike.
Brandellin Anderson
Director of Account Operations
Utilizing her Bachelor of Science degree and passion for connecting people to nature, Brandy created a successful 5-star desert adventure tour – Sonoranexplorintours.com while working in the hotel management industry valley wide. Thirsty for another challenge, she began working toward growing and organizing the Destination AZ team. Although she wears many hats and prides herself in being available for any questions, her main role is on the accounting side. Brandy generates and compiles the owner’s monthly ledgers and is implemental in keeping communication and revenue flowing throughout all operations. Whether you are looking for a unique desert experience or have billing questions, Brandy is a great person to contact.

As a Guest Relations operator for several properties on the Destination Arizona team, Ryan is one of our go-to guys! If you need some help, he will be there! You need something done, he is your man!

Daniella Fazzino
Billing Operations Manager
Daniella Fazzino is an Arizona native and has earned her degree in Hospitality and Tourism. Although her background involves extensive experience in the hotel industry, she has become quickly immersed in her role within the company. Her daily responsibilities include creating and maintaining vendor profiles, creating customized billing reports for each property, as well as balancing the general business ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner. She is happiest spending time with her husband and raising their two sons Luca and Giuliano. In her free time, you will find her crafting, watching true crime television or traveling.
Tara Ann LePera
Account Manager
Tara is the mother of four children and is married to her husband, Marc. Tara and her family live in Maricopa Arizona and love to explore the world together while living life to its fullest abilities, all while creating everlasting memories.
Wesley Gleason
Operations Manager and IT
Having worked Operations at some of the most prestigious golf courses all over the country, stepping in to help Destination Arizona was a no-brainer! Born in New England, Wes has been playing golf all but the first two years of his life. Wesley is a fan of all Boston teams and as a graduate from the University of Notre Dame he is all for the Irish as well! If he isn’t on the course you can probably find him watching his son’s soccer games or just hanging out with his family! Now stepping into this role, he is hoping he can help you and the Destination Arizona Team run as smoothly as possible.
